By using VibeTivi, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

2. Description of Service

VibeTivi is an IPTV player application. It does not provide, host, or distribute any media content, channels, or streams. Users must supply their own IPTV playlist URLs or Xtream Codes credentials from legitimate, legal providers.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you access through VibeTivi is legal in your jurisdiction. VibeTivi does not condone piracy or unauthorized streaming.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly ($4.99/mo) or yearly ($39.99/yr) via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. You may cancel anytime from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the billing period.

5. Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. Contact [email protected] within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.

6. Activation Keys

Each activation key is for personal use on one device. Sharing, reselling, or distributing keys is prohibited.

7. Disclaimer

VibeTivi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the availability, quality, or legality of third-party IPTV services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeTivi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
