VibeTivi ('we', 'our', 'us') respects your privacy. We operate a strict zero-log policy — we never see, store, or log your playlists, streams, channels, or viewing activity. This policy explains what minimal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

What We Don't Collect

We do not collect, store, or have access to your IPTV playlists, stream URLs, or the content you watch. Playlist data stays on your device unless you use cross-device sync.

Account Data

When you create an account, we store your email, hashed password, and name. This is used for authentication and communication.

Sync Data

If you use cross-device sync (premium), we store your watch history, favorites, and app settings on our server. This data is tied to your account.

Payment Data

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card number. We store subscription status and activation keys.

Cookies

We use one essential httpOnly session cookie for authentication. No tracking cookies, no analytics cookies.

AI Recommendations

If you use AI recommendations (premium), we send anonymized watch patterns to our server. No playlist data or stream URLs are sent.

Data Retention

Account data is retained until you delete your account. Sync data is deleted when you delete your account.

Your Rights (GDPR/CCPA)

You have the right to: access your data, correct your data, delete your account and all data, export your data, and opt out of data processing.

Data Security

We use bcrypt password hashing, httpOnly cookies, HTTPS encryption, and Stripe PCI compliance.

Children's Privacy

VibeTivi is not directed at children under 13. Child profiles are a parental control feature managed by the parent/guardian.
